On successful completion, the students will be qualified to plan and conduct demanding and realistic live fire range packages...On overall completion of the course the student is eligible to promote and become a Platoon Sergeant. Completion is also a pre-requisite for all candidates attending the RMAS Instructors' Cadre...PSBC is both mentally and physically demanding - but students receive the highest level of tuition and testing to ensure that they are fully prepared for the rigors of command..
